Delivery: a single charge of £2.50 (UK including N Ireleand), £3.50 (Europe and Southern Ireland) or £10.00 (USA) is added at checkout regardless of size of order. Goods may be sent either first class post (unsigned) or Recorded Delivery depending on value. You will be notified by email.

NOTE Deliveries to Europe/Southern Ireland and the USA lost or damaged in transit are not covered and posting is at buyer's risk. If you wish to insure your delivery please email for details. Proof of posting is always obtained.

Recorded delivery items are to the delivery address supplied and must be signed for. Loss or damage should be reported immediately to ecigarettes@tiscali.co.uk or telephone. The delivery MUST be signed for and Royal Mail will not deliver recorded items to another address e.g. neighbour etc.

Alternate Address: if you require a neighbour etc. to accept your parcel if you are out when the item will be delivered and this is requested at checkout, items will be sent First Class at buyers risk. However, proof of posting is always obtained and information will be passed to purchaser in rare cases of loss. Your note regarding alternate arrangements will be printed on the label.

Overseas Orders: Although not accepted on the Website, these can be arranged and a price given for delivery. Please email for details. Tax and Customs/Import duty may be applied on delivery depending on country and is payable by the recipient. All overseas orders must be paid via cleared Paypal or bank transfer.

Guarantee: Kits and accessories are covered by a 30 day money back or replacement guarantee. Please notify us by email or telephone if you are having problems or need advice with the kits. The guarantee covers kits and accessories returned in saleable condition. The full price will be refunded or a replacement offered less post and packing fees. The four cartridges supplied with the kits are not deducted providing the container is returned for refilling.

Batteries and Vapor Devices: are covered for a period of thirty days and will be replaced if found defective.

Data Protection and Security: Name, address, email, telephone numbers and order details are held on file when an order is placed. This enables us to track and trace orders and respond to customer requests for help, advice and returns. All information is strictly confidential and never given or sold to third parties.

In addition, all financial transactions are handled by our secure ecommerce provider, Namesco, and no financial information is shared with Ecigarettes or made available to Cigarettes-Electronic or its employees and agents.

Email Promotions and Information: From time to time, customers may receive an email when further information about our products is available or we have a promotion or additions to our range. If you do not wish to receive these emails then please email Ecigarettes using the word 'REMOVE' in the title and you will be deleted from our email list.
